When we are born into this world, as we grow up we are taught to always expect. And all of our actions are driven by a reward or gratification. However, the true essence of abundance is not what you get at the end, it’s the journey itself in any activity or situation in your life.
The hope of thinking that something is awaiting, keeps us going. But we forget to be present, and we don’t truly take the most of every second of our lives, expecting things will get better, life will be different, etc. What if we do more of what makes us happy even in the worst situations? What if we give the best of ourselves even when life seems meaningless. I know, society will try to reduce you to simple numbers, but the Universe will bring endless blessings, abundance, and bliss in every challenge and situation you are in.
I remember long ago, how hard I tried to get a scholarship to study in France, trying to escape from a situation and my reality, I was so determined to go there that I withdrew myself from my reality thinking that by going somewhere else things will be better. But it was not until I embraced my present, I started dancing in the rain and let my soul guide me, that life has never stopped surprising me.
And there I was, 10 years later, at the top of the Eiffel Tower with the people I love, walking by the Sienne River, enjoying the Parisian streets and food, admiring the architecture of what once was a sumptuous palace, in front of the most precious and valuable treasures of humanity and the most beautiful expressions of art at the Louvre. The Universe knew the right time, it already knows when your soul is ready.
Remember that you are here to evolve, to elevate yourself, to be light, to give. And if you feel that any situation it’s only draining you and just taking from you but not helping you to evolve, be thankful for all the learning and the experience and MOVE ON!.
