“One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply doesn’t exist…..Without imperfection, neither you nor I would exist”
~Stephen Hawking~
The Japanese philosophy of “Wasi Sabi” tells us that everything is impermanent, imperfect and incomplete. This philosophy derived from the Buddhist Three Marks of Existence, teaches us to embrace our imperfections and to make a better and improved version of ourselves.
We all are a Universe full of beauty with imperfections, but humans always seek for perfection, truth is through the improvement of our imperfections we let the beauty of our soul emerge.
Our Creator gave us free will, that means we always have a chance to make a choice. As we start becoming aware of ourselves, we begin to accept certain tendencies, and that is when change occurs. We embrace and acknowledge our imperfections, and we improve to a better version and let one step a time our true Self be present.
If you find yourself in a situation in which you are doubting or feel insecure about something, take a moment, take a deep breath acknowledge wherever you are feeling, embrace it and LET IT GO. At the very moment in which you decided not to let that negative energy take over you, something inside you has started to evolve.
Through the darkness of our days, through the imperfections in ourselves, light begins to emerge. Accepting who you are, and knowing that you always have a choice to be better are cornerstones to staying true to yourself.
We hold the Universe within us, as we were created to image and resemblance of our Creator. We are more than all the voices in our head, we are light, we are love. And I AM YOU.
With Love & Joy
